My name is Carla Morton and I’m an Executive Coach & Facilitator based in both Los Angeles and Marin County.
My journey into the depths of the human experience began at the dinner table, where my psychiatrist father and psychologist mother sparked my innate curiosity. They instilled in me a love for asking profound questions that unlock the psyche.
With a degree in psychology and decades in human capital development, my practice blends psychological insights with integral coaching. My approach is sharp and intuitive, which uncovers blocks to realize growth.
Influenced by the internal family systems model, I bring a perspective shaped by my own experience as a serial entrepreneur and CEO, coupled with wisdom gained while embedded at Fortune 100 companies.
